The latest artist booking for the Qstock festival in Oulu is the rising singer/songwriter Miriam Bryant from Sweden. The daughter of an Iisalmi-born mother and an English father, Miriam was raised in Gothenburg, Sweden. Her debut album was released in 2013, and her participation in the popular Swedish TV show Så mycket bättre two years later broke the bank. Miriam’s style of music is eloquent and classy pop, and her last summer’s hit Black Car was selected as Song of the Year in Sweden. Her next single Rocket will be released in April.

Also the Irish singer/songwriter Bry has confirmed his appearance at Qstock. Bry started his career by releasing his music on YouTube, and nowadays his channels have nearly 525 000 subscribers. Last year, Bry toured as a supporting act on Twenty One Pilots’ world tour and also got to play a sold-out Helsinki Ice Arena. His debut album Bry was released in March.

The most popular new Finnish booking for this year’s Qstock is Mikael Gabriel who rapped his way into the hearts of the nation in the TV show Vain elämää. Other Finnish artists include Ville Laihiala’s new band S-Tool, Reino Nordin, Santa Cruz, Poets of the Fall, Ida Paul & Kalle Lindroth, Mokoma Acoustic, Disco Ensemble, Kuningasidea, Pariisin Kevät and Pete Parkkonen.

Qstock ticket sales have started busily. The sales of Exclusive Tickets that allow access to the VIP area begins on 1 April. This year’s novelty is the possibility to upgrade a pre-bought 2-day ticket to an Exclusive one. An Exclusive Ticket costs 280 euros and the price of a 2-Day Upgrade is 175 euros. A Ticketmaster processing fee is added to the prices. More information is available on the Exclusive Ticket page.

The prices of the basic tickets will rise by six euros per ticket type at the beginning of April. See specifications on the Qstock Tickets page.

Qstock, Hukka Health Club and Kaleva newspaper once again combine forces to offer people of over 60 years of age the possibility to attend the festival with the special Enemmän Elämää! ticket.
