Festival area opening hours:
Fri 28 July 2 p.m. – 2 a.m.
Sat 29 July 11 a.m. – 2 a.m.
Festival address: Raatintie 4, 90100 Oulu
You arrive at the Qstock festival through a so-called lounge area where you can exchange your ticket for a wristband and leave any extra belongings in the cloakroom. The gates open on Friday 28 July at 2 p.m. and on Saturday 29 July at 11 a.m. From the lounge area, you can access the actual festival area through a security check. You can help prevent the build-up of queues for example by exchanging your ticket for a wristband in advance, by arriving early and by leaving any forbidden items at home or in the cloakroom. Should you get stuck in a queue for a while despite these precautions, please remember to maintain a positive festival mood. 🙂
You can handily access the festival area also via the Pikisilta Bridge, connecting the Pikisaari and Raatinsaari islands. An additional wristband exchange and checkpoint will be open at this gate. The opening hours for the gate on the Pikisilta side are 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on both festival days. Please note you cannot leave your bicycle near the Pikisilta Bridge – parking them is allowed only at the bicycle parking zone Linnansaari island!
Besides the main gates, our VIP an Exclusive customers have a special entrance on the road next to the Raatti Public Bath building. This offers direct access to the VIP area near the Main Stage. You can access this gate via the front of the building when coming from the city direction. Please note the age limit for this area is 18.
Next to the main gate there is a cloakroom in the lounge area. Before arriving at this point it is advisable to check the security instructions for what is allowed inside the festival area and what is not. The cloakroom fee is 3€ upon first entry and 2€ for every visit. Qstock is responsible for the checked items ONLY during the festival’s opening hours, so please remember to collect your belongings when leaving the festival area! NaRekka: Besides using the regular cloakroom, you can leave your belongings also in a self-service cloakroom inside a truck container called NaRekka. You get a locker of your own in NaRekka truck for a single fee of 8€.

Lost & found items and things left in the cloakroom will be kept at the festival area until Saturday night 2 a.m. after which they can be collected at lost & found service Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Löytötavarapalvelut in Oulu (street address Tehtaankatu 1, 90130 Oulu, tel. +358 600 550 094). NEW! Lassila & Tikanojan Bajamaja Fresh system
This year we are proud to introduce not only the regular festival toilets but also a brand new system courtesy of Lassila & Tikanoja sanitation company! The Bajamaja Fresh system saves water and leaves a smaller carbon footprint after the festival. Bajamaja Fresh employs negative pressure and meets even the highest quality standards in the industry. Its closed waste collection system ensures that all the toilet units are pleasant to use.
We acknowledge the IBD Toilet Card (Vessapassi in Finland). The purpose of the card is to give people with intestinal disorders the opportunity to access the nearest toilet immediately. An IBD / Vessapassi sticker on the toilet door is a sign to other toilet users that a person with the card has an illness that requires rapid toilet use and therefore also the right to pass the queue.
